At Pombox Flooring Experts, we believe great flooring projects start with great communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Our company was founded by Pamela and Maria, two women who have spent more than a decade in the flooring industry. We first met in 2016 while working for the same flooring company, where Maria focused on sales and customer relationships, while Pamela led production and project coordination. Over the years, we worked closely together helping homeowners transform their spaces through beautiful flooring.
Through that experience, we also saw what was often missing in the industry — clear communication, organized project management, and clean, professional installations. That realization inspired us to start our own company.
Today, Pombox Flooring Experts is a women-owned, family-oriented business proudly serving Montgomery County and Frederick County, Maryland. We specialize in hardwood floor installation, hardwood refinishing, LVP/LVT installation, floor repairs, and buff & coat services.
As hands-on owners, we stay involved throughout every project to ensure our clients receive the level of service and attention their homes deserve. Our goal is simple: deliver beautiful results while creating the best possible experience for our clients.
